1. no issues with registration for Summer League

B. Vice President: Jennifer Reeves:

1. Prize Money from Spring Season will be 1^st place = $150, 2^nd place = $100 and 3^rd place = $50

C. Secretary: Jen Pudsey: nothing to report.

D. Treasurer: Albania Macrae: absent

E. Registrar: Teresa Mujica: nothing to report

F. FSSA Liaison: Heather Aguilar: absent

G. Referee’s Liaison: Marie Amatulli: nothing to report

H. Games Rules Chairperson: Debbie Chin: absent

I. Arbitration and Discipline Chairperson: Gail Markowitz: absent

J. Marketing, Growth and Promotions Chairperson: Renia Perez: absent

III – New Business

A. Summer Registration:

1. How long should registration be open?

2. Bye on first weekend after start of season but everyone needs to be registered by 5/21.

B. Uniforms:

1. Bania needs to send an email to the Board with details about the uniforms she proposed at the last meeting in April.

C. Fall Season:

1. Dates for Fall Season will be August 23, 30, September 13, 20, 27, October 4, 11, 25, November 1, 8, 15, 22

2. September 12^th is Fun Day date

i. We will make mixed up teams and have different colored shirts for each team. Tournament style play.

ii. Teresa will keep an eye out for sales on T-Shirts

3. December 6 as a possible rain out day

4. December 5^th as possible Tournament date

D. Player Passes:

1. Do new players need to get a pass? Can we have the updated 2009-2010 background for the passes in time for August games to be able to have new passes for everyone?
